How Can I Accept My Delivery?
To comply with liquor laws, an adult over 18 must be present to accept the delivery and may need to show ID. During checkout, you can provide specific instructions, like authorizing the delivery to be left at your door. However, in some cases, couriers may not be able to leave the alcohol due to Australia’s liquor laws.
Track Your Order
Open the BOOMM app or website, go to ‘Account,’ then tap ‘Orders.’ Select your current order and tap ‘Track’ to check its status. A description will show its progress, and once a delivery person is assigned, you’ll be able to view their location on a live map, helping you track your order until it arrives.
Damaged in Transit Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us for a refund or replacement of the affected items. We may ask for proof of damage, including the physical object, to verify and process your claim. Once we have all the necessary details, we’ll resolve the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
