General

Why doesn’t BOOMM deliver to my area?
If you’re out of the Drop Zone, don’t despair! We are expanding quickly and will be on our way to you soon. Our delivery radius spans inner Hobart, Melbourne and Sydney suburbs, which allows us to deliver on our promise of having your drinks to you as fast as possible.

At BOOMM, we’ve always got your back. Our tipple transporters start delivering as early as 12 to 4 pm (noon), and clock off at 11pm, every day. We call last drinks at 10:30pm every night so we can meet our delivery promise at 11pm. We can’t bend on this; it’s the law, and we are serious about responsible service.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX), PayPal and Wechat by Stripe Payment methods.

We sure do! If you have a favourite tipple that we don’t stock, we’ll do our best to source it so we can bring it to you. Our range currently offers over 100 products and is constantly growing, so we encourage input from our customers to get you what you want.

Delivery & Order tracking

During the ordering process you’ll be asked to select a date and time window for your delivery to arrive. Keep your phone close by and we’ll notify you when your delivery is arriving.

What is the minimum order for delivery?
We want BOOMM to be as accessible as possible, so our minimum order is $10, for both on-demand and pre-orders.

We require your date of birth at registration to verify your age for deliveries. Remember, we are delivering alcohol, so it’s in everyone’s interest that we follow the law and execute responsible service.

We accept the following photo ID materials:

 – Australian Driver Licence

 – State Learner Permit

 – Australian or Foreign Passport

Responsible Service of Alcohol

At BOOMM, we take Responsible Service of Alcohol seriously. All our delivery drivers are RSA qualified and will verify your age with a driver’s licence. They cannot deliver to intoxicated individuals or outside operating hours, as we strictly follow licensing laws. One of our core values is ensuring the safety of our customers, and if alcohol is becoming a concern, you can read about our self-exclusion policy. Our team is dedicated to promoting responsible drinking, and we’re always here to help.

We understand that this restriction may be frustrating, but it’s necessary to ensure we serve alcohol responsibly. Our policy is based on order frequency and the number of standard drinks to help us take the right precautions.

Head over to the self-exclusion section on our website or app. You’ll need to fill out a form to voluntarily exclude yourself from our services and marketing communications.

Account Management

If you’d like to close your account with BOOMM, please send an email to [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number to help us verify your request. Once we receive this information, our team will process your account closure and confirm the completion. If you have any questions or need further assistance during the process, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option on our app or website. This will send a password reset link to the email associated with your account. Simply follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. If you don’t receive the link or need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team, and we’ll help you get back into your account quickly.
